Recently, I launched Early Stage Office Hours to connect with founders and give them advice. Since receiving hundreds of emails and simply not being able to handle that amount of inbound, I've decided to launch Batch.
Inspired by three main posts;

There’s a huge opportunity to combine aspects of these three posts — which is what I’m attempting to do here.
I'm looking to become a 'startup concierge' for ~5 companies for 4 weeks.

Details
1. Recommendations of my favourite vendors and resources. Including incorporation, bookkeeping, cloud storage, recruiting, developers, designers, etc.
2. Connect up all the metrics from each company into a central dashboard.
3. First 4 weeks cost $500 if application is successful. Potential for follow-on advisory agreements based on performance (Investment not available yet). All successful applicants become part of alumni network.
4. Curriculum relevant for early-stage founders, pulling content from network of investors, entrepreneurs and mentors.
5. Weekly, metric focused reporting and specific task-driven deep dives.
6. Problem solving through recommended content and personal opinion derived from network and experience. Private AMAs and talks. Content that can be published and distributed across alumni network.
7. Learn how to utilise the platforms of Product Hunt and Angel List.
8. Build/measure/learn. Figure out how to maximise peer involvement and community building.
9. Open source where possible
